OUR RESPONSIBILITY

AOL is committed to upholding high standards in society, ethics, safety, and the environment. This is reflected in all employee actions and interactions with clients, suppliers, and business partners.

Our Compliance System

AOL has implemented a comprehensive Compliance Management System (CMS) that adheres to a range of international regulations and standards. This includes the FCPA, UKBA, and OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, among others. Our CMS is constantly updated and acknowledged by all employees, and the CoEC and ACCP serve as its foundation.

The company has implemented a robust Transport Management System (TMS) to monitor all shipments 24/7. The system checks the names and addresses of shipments against all relevant international governmental sanctions lists to ensure compliance and ethical business practices.

To ensure that employees are informed and aligned with the company's values and standards, regular compliance training is provided both online and in-person. Awareness is also maintained through important announcements on the company's internal communication channels and local bulletin boards.

In each office, there is a designated Local Ethics Officer (LEO) who acts as a compliance ombudsman. LEOs receive specialized training from the company's Global Head of Legal and Compliance.

Ethics and Compliance Policy

AOL is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of ethical behavior, integrity and professional conduct in all aspects of its business operations. These standards form the foundation of the company's culture and are upheld by all employees, from the CEO to the front-line workers.

This commitment is not only demonstrated in their daily actions but also extends to their interactions with clients, suppliers, and business partners. Maintaining these standards is an integral part of AOL's mission and is a key factor in building trust and confidence with its stakeholders.

By adhering to the highest standards of ethics and integrity, AOL is able to build a positive reputation, foster long-lasting relationships, and promote sustainable growth.
